The Minnesota chapter of MUFON, the Mutual UFO Network, is pleased to announce two special guest speakers for our June 13, 2009 meeting – Tom Tulien and Michael Schratt.

Tom Tulien of Minneapolis, Minnesota is a UFO researcher and historian, and chairman of the Sign Historical Group. The SHG is an association of scholars and researchers who work to facilitate and promote the discovery and preservation of materials about the history of the UFO phenomenon and the institutions and persons who investigate it. Mr. Tulien has also worked as a consultant to various productions about the UFO phenomenon, including the ABC television special “UFOs: Seeing is Believing.” At our June meeting he will be presenting some of the most interesting cases he has researched throughout his career.

Michael Schratt currently works as an aerospace draftsman near Chicago, Ill. As a military aerospace historian he has lectured across the country on the subject of “Mystery Aircraft,” and classified propulsion systems buried deep within the military industrial complex. Mr. Schratt has developed a number of contacts who have had first hand experience dealing with classified “black programs,” including former USAF pilots, retired naval personnel, and aerospace engineers. The Pentagon’s “Black Budget” for 2010 is reportedly over $50 Billion! Mr. Schratt’s presentation will focus on “US Air Force Secrets Revealed,” classified aircraft, special access programs and propulsion systems.

MUFON MN is honored to have these two extraordinary men address our group, and we invite all interested persons to join us on June 13, 2009, 1:30 – 5:00 pm, at the New Brighton Family Service Center, Room 224, 400 10th St. NW, New Brighton, MN 55112.
