Understanding Knowledge Bowl: Plaid’s final round

Jordan’s ninth-grade team Plaid won the regional Knowledge Bowl competition last week. The team was placed in the top room of the competition after the written round, and they won every round after that. During the final round, the team faced some of its toughest competition of the meet. And, with a final total of only 14, it was the team’s worst round of a competition that saw them routinely score near 20 points per round.
