He'd taken part in a demonstration by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. As the park filled up with attendees of Pork in the Park last weekend, Oellrich, his brother Jack, and his parents, John and Ann, found a quiet spot to continue fishing. The Mill Pond underwent an $838,000 restoration project last winter and this summer, and residents are enjoying the outcome.
