My favorite weekend to live in Jordan starts tonight! In particular I love the car show and checking out all of the old corvettes.

Plus I hear Awakenings coffee shop will be open tonight. I highly recommend everyone to stop in while you're at the car cruise. Try the grilled chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It's my favorite.

Big game tonight. The Green Isle Irish finished in second place last year, one game behind the Chaska Cubs, and the Brewers are putting together a nice season so far.

Jordan's pitching staff has a 2.67 earned-run average and the batters are hitting .290, according to the team Web site.

I went 23-26 on the A-Z quiz

I went 23-26 on the A-Z quiz – pretty good, I’d say. And I didn’t end up watching any of them before I went, because I thought it might make the comparisons between the old-school movies and the new one too harsh. Overall, I’d rate “Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls” somewhere around “Temple of Doom” level Indiana Jones – not as good as the first and third movies, but not awful. There were some things I’d have changed (groundhogs?!?! And monkeys!?!?!), but there were also some great scenes and wonderful nods to longtime Indy fans.

Still liked it well enough to see it again Saturday and to make my own Indy T-shirt Friday night.
