225 WATER STREET CREATIVE ARTS • RECYCLED ART CONTEST

225 Water Street Creative Arts is holding our second Recycled Art Contest in Jordan, Minnesota.

Our last contest was won by 14 year old, Storm Moll of Belle Plaine, Minnesota with her winning entry "Don't throw Peace Away."

We're in search of our next best “Trashformation” artist! The Recycled Art Contest is open to recycled artists ages 10 and older.

Entries will be displayed at 225 Water Street starting September 1st and the winning entries will be announced September 6th and cash prizes will be awarded for the top three finalists.


AirVenture Aviation Celebration
Start: 9:00 am
End: 6:00 pm

AirVenture, held each year in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is the World's Greatest Aviation Celebration and Air Show! Attracting more that 100,000 aviation enthusiasts annually, the event features something for everyone!
With gas prices on the rise, it is important to find vacation destinations that won't require expensive flights or full days of driving. AirVenture provides days of fun and is right here in the Midwest!
The event is hosted by the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), which has chapters all over the world, including several right here in the Minnesota!


Shakopee Derby Days

Shakopee's annual summertime festival Derby Days celebration is four days of fun-filled activities that include Taste of Shakopee, Teen Dance, Kiddie Parade, Soapbox Derby, Big Bouncy Rides, Fireworks, and much, much more.
