You can get information and give input on the CapX 2020 plan during several upcoming meetings:

- Draft environmental impact statement (EIS) informational meetings are scheduled from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12 at the Lonsdale VFW, 115 Second Ave. S.W. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, at Holiday Inn, 20800 Kenrick Ave. in Lakeville. (The first half hour of each meeting will be an open house, followed by a brief presentation. Following the presentation, the public can ask questions and provide comments on the draft EIS.)

- Formal public hearings are scheduled for: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8 at the Lonsdale VFW; 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, at Park Ballroom/American Legion, 300 Lexington Ave. in New Prague; 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, at Holiday Inn in Lakeville; and 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, at Holiday Inn in Lakeville.
