Christina Chang Andersen, 44, Savage, failure to stop for school bus, a gross-misdemeanor. One year probation, $285 in fines.

Edward Richard Klamm Jr., 60, Burnsville, driving while intoxicated (refusal to submit to test), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, one day in jail, evaluation/treatment, $1,105 in fines.

Shawn Marie Stellmach, 33, St. Paul, check forgery, a felony. Serve year in jail (concurrent with previous sentence), provide DNA sample, $80 in fines.

Nathan David Vonguten, 26, Savage, check forgery, a gross-misdemeanor. Continued for dismissal: $150 in fines.

Robert Michael Walker, 44, Rush City, Minn., two counts of third-degree burglary, both felonies. Serve 33 months in prison, provide DNA sample, restitution, $80 in fines.

Bruce Donald Bauer, 34, Shakopee, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, evaluation/treatment, $610 in fines.

Kimberly Ann Legg, 47, Le Sueur, driving after cancellation (inimical to public safety), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 80 days of community service, $80 in fines.

Saul Alberto Lugo, first-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Ten years’ probation, one year in jail, provide DNA sample, evaluation/treatment, random tests, $425 in fines.

Zakery Robert Jeppesen, 24, Savage, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, a felony. Five years’ probation, nine months in jail, complete treatment, abstain from alcohol, random tests, provide DNA sample, $105 in fines. Reckless driving, a misdemeanor. Serve 90 days in jail (concurrent).

Armando Corona Sauza, 37, Belle Plaine, identity theft, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 364 days in jail, restitution, $580 in fines.

Erby Abram Blades, 45, Prior Lake, violation of no-contact order, a gross-misdemeanor. One year probation, $80 in fines.
