The following are Scott County District Court felony and gross-misdemeanor dispositions. Defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty by the court unless otherwise indicated. Dallas Bruce Bui, 30, Chaska, obstruction of legal process, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation. Fifth-degree assault, a misdemeanor. One year probation, 15 days in jail, anger-management counseling, $305 in fines. Mitchell William Cornelius, 55, Bloomington, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation, 90 days in jail, 90 days under electronic home-monitoring, provide DNA sample, random tests, $405 in fines. Kari Lynn Goodman, 30, Savage, forgery, a felony. Ten years’ probation, 20 days of community service, provide DNA sample, restitution, $3,041 in fines. Trent Nicholas Thompson, 18, Lakeville, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Three years’ probation before conviction: 40 hours of community service, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $225 in fines.
