Scott County District Court report

The following are Scott County District Court felony and gross-misdemeanor dispositions. Defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty by the court unless otherwise indicated. Shawn Thomas Carlson, 29, Prior Lake, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, one day in jail, 120 hours of community service, $1,005 in fines. Johnny William Daniel, 46, Prior Lake, two counts of domestic assault, both gross-misdemeanors. Four years’ probation, 180 days in jail, 16 days of community service, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $80 in fines. Pamela Rae Anne Kruschke, 51, Prior Lake, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, evaluation, $780 in fines. Dauphine Elaine Thomas, 54, Minneapolis, forgery, a gross-misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed. Brent Austin Anderson, 34, Prior Lake, refusal to submit to test, a gross-misdemeanor. Three years’ probation, two days in jail, 50 days under electronic home-monitoring, eight days of community service, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $705 in fines. Alan Loren Billman, 50, Eagan, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: Two days in jail, provide DNA sample, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $425 in fines. Timothy Michael Lagace, 34, Minneapolis, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: Four days in jail, random tests, $500 in fines. Abdikadir Osman Mohamud, 25, Burnsville, second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, a felony. Seven years’ probation, one year in jail, provide DNA sample, letter of apology, $605 in fines.
