The following are Scott County District Court felony and gross-misdemeanor dispositions. Defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty by the court unless otherwise indicated.

Rourk Chandler Scott, 50, Bloomington, third-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Ten years’ probation, 90 days in jail, provide DNA sample, $500 in fines.

Angela Marie Feldsien, 41, Farmington, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation, 180 days in jail, provide DNA sample, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $130 in fines. False information to police, and driving after revocation, both misdemeanors. One year probation, five days of community service, $80 in fines.

Keith Benard Heyer, 41, Prior Lake, domestic assault, a felony. Two years’ probation, 15 days in jail, counseling, $580 in fines.

Branden George Kazika, 24, Prior Lake, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed: Two years’ probation, $225 in fines. Careless driving, a misdemeanor. One year probation, 30 days in jail, evaluation/treatment, $525 in fines.

Jake Daniel Balk, 24, Belle Plaine, third-degree assault, a felony. Two years’ probation, 60 days in jail, 45 days under electronic home-monitoring, provide DNA sample, anger-management counseling, $605 in fines.

Michael Matt Krautkremer-Feldt, 22, Ironton, Minn., financial transaction-card fraud, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 10 days of community service, $180 in fines.

Christie Lee Sticha, 33, West St. Paul, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: 15 days of community service, random tests.

Kevin Jay Turzinski, 40, Savage, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days under electronic home-monitoring, evaluation/treatment, $405 in fines.

Ricardo Castro-Dejesus, 41, Shakopee, fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony, and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a gross-misdemeanor.
