Robert Glen Kehren, 22, Savage, driving while intoxicated (DWI), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 45 days in jail (concurrent to previous sentence), abstain from alcohol, random tests, restitution, $380 in fines. Obstruction of legal process, a misdemeanor. One year probation.

Hoang Duc Phung, 44, Savage, DWI, a misdemeanor, and violation of driver’s license restrictions, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, $155 in fines.

John Andrew Wilson, 47, Savage, second-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Ten years’ probation, 90 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, provide DNA sample, restitution, $2,080 in fines.

Eliseo Flores-Reyes, 24, Shakopee, first-degree sale of controlled substance, a felony. Ten years’ probation, one year in jail, provide DNA sample, restitution, $180 in fines.

Jonathan George Gralow, 31, Shakopee, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, $405 in fines.

Matthew George Hicks, 52, Minneapolis, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation, 60 days under electronic home-monitoring, work release, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $1,005 in fines.

Ling Khiet Luu, 42, Richfield, furnishing alcohol to minor, a gross-misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed: One year probation, $500 in fines.

Eric Lee Sickenger, 33, St. Cloud, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Three years’ probation before conviction: Five days in jail, submit to chemical testing, complete evaluation/treatment, $325 in fines.
