Thomas Chatman III, 49, Shakopee, driving while intoxicated (DWI), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, $705 in fines.
Lawrence Joseph Fleming, 56, Eagle River, Wis., DWI, a gross-misdemeanor, and driving after revocation, a misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 90 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $1,019 in fines.
Lance Gregory Green, 28, Minneapolis, DWI/refusal to submit to test, a felony. Seven years’ probation, 180 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, provide DNA sample, complete treatment, $3,000 in fines.
Terry Lee Jensen, 58, Crystal, aggravated robbery, a felony. Fifteen years’ probation, two days in jail, provide DNA sample, $80 in fines.
Adam Glenn Koll Sr., 34, Jordan, theft in obtaining services, a felony. Adjudication stayed: Five years’ probation, 40 hours of community service, restitution, $2,331 in fines.
Adam Lee Steffes, 27, Waconia, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: 30 days under electronic home-monitoring, $425 in fines.
Lori Linay Stulz, 48, Bloomington, theft, a felony. Three years’ probation, 10 days in jail, provide DNA sample, restitution, $80 in fines.
Jamie Christopher White, 37, Shakopee, driving after cancellation (inimical to public safety), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 10 days under electronic home-monitoring, $980 in fines.
Curtis Glenn Willmsen, 39, Shakopee, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. One year probation before conviction: 90 days under electronic home-monitoring, $80 in fines.
David Lee Miller, 46, Apple Valley, fourth-degree arson, a gross-misdemeanor. Serve 348 days in jail, $80 in fines.
Michael Madji Ung, 19, Lakeville, telephone harassment, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, provide DNA sample, abstain from alcohol, random tests, no contact with victim(s), $380 in fines.
Wendi Kaye Wecker, 29, Corcoran, Minn., fifth-degree possession of marijuana, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: Pay $900 in fines. DWI (test refusal), a gross-misdemeanor.
